Batia Wiesenfeld (Chair, Management and Organizations Department at NYU Stern, US) Batia Mishan Wiesenfeld is a Professor of Management and Organizations, Chair at the Department of Management, and the David Margolis Faculty Fellow at the Leonard N. Stern Schools of Business, New York University. She received her Ph.D. in Management and Organizational Behavior from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. Her teaching and research interests focus on the management of organizational change. Her work has been published in numerous academic journals, as well as manager-oriented journals such as Harvard Business Review. She serves as a Senior Editor of the journal Organization Science. |

Jacqueline Coyle-Shapiro (Head of EROB Group, Department of Management at London School of Economics, UK) Jacqueline Coyle-Shapiro is Professor of Organisational Behaviour in the Employment Relations and Organisational Behaviour Group. She is also a member of the Innovation Co-Creation Lab and the Radical Innovation, Team Processes and Leadership project. Her research focuses on studying relationships in organisational settings; their antecedents, mechanisms and consequences. Professor Coyle-Shapiro has published in such journals as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior and the Journal of Vocational Behavior. She is currently Senior Editor at the Journal of Organizational Behavior. She is on the editorial boards of the Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, Journal of Management and the Journal of Managerial Psychology. |

Michael West (Professor of Organizational Psychology at Lancaster University; NHS Leadership Academy Programme Steering Group, UK) Michael West is a Professor of Organizational Psychology at Lancaster University and a member of NHS Leadership Academy Programme Steering Group. His areas of research interest are team and organizational innovation and effectiveness, particularly in relation to the organization of health services. He has authored, edited or co-edited 20 books, including The Psychology of Work and Organizations (2010). Michael West’s work is also published in top journals such as Journal of Management, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology or The Leadership Quarterly. António Caetano (Professor of Organizational Psychology, ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, PT) António Caetano is a Full Professor in the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources department and researcher at the Business Research Unit. His main research interests are performance appraisal, training evaluation, organizational social exchange processes, and subjective well–being at work and entrepreneurship processes. António Caetano has published more than 15 national and international books as an author, co-authorships or editor. Has published in peer-review journals, such as Group Dynamics: Theory, Research, and Practice; Journal of Managerial Psychology; Group Organization Management; International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Innovation; Journal of Applied Social Psychology; and Journal of Business Research.
